Scholastic Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, publishes and distributes children's books in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and internationally. The Children's Book Publishing and Distribution segment engages in the publication and distribution of children's print, digital, and audiobooks, as well as media and interactive products through its school reading events and trade channels; and operates school-based book clubs and book fairs.
