TScan Therapeutics, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company, develops T cell receptor-engineered T cell (TCR-T) therapies for the treatment of patients with cancer in the United States. The company's lead product is TSC-101, for the treatment of patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT), which is in Phase I clinical trial, as well as eliminates residual disease and promotes donor chimerism.
